I am ALWAYS looking for healthy snacks for my son. And this is a feat that I don't know if I'll ever master...
But I did want to share with you ones that were a HIT! Feel free to share this blog with someone who might need it!
1 whole wheat tortilla
1/2 banana
Natural PB
mini chocolate chips
cheese and boiled egg boats--> mind seems to like this best dipped in hummus
apple with PB
fruit dipped in yogurt
veggie straws dipped in hummus (can you tell my kid loves some hummus?!?)
apple sandwich- I usually put natural PB and chocolate chips in this but you can do bananas, blueberries, raisins...
Shakeology Balls:
(these are a family favorite)
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
8 TBS of natural PB
1 cup oats
2 TBS honey
I personally haven't tried ^^ this one yet- but I definitely will!
